There are a lot of magnificent infrastructural developments across the states of Nigeria, all thanks to the services of various construction companies in the country. When it comes to the improvement in infrastructures, Nigeria keeps developing every year and we have been able to achieve this together as a country largely due to the efforts of the numerous construction companies in the country.

It is these companies that have handled the numerous constructions and continuous improvements of roads, railroads and airports in the country. These companies also help in the construction of bridges, offshore and onshore constructions, housing projects, prolific buildings and lots more.

In this article, I explore the construction industry in Nigeria and list some of the top 10 construction companies that have greatly contributed to the advancement of the Nigeria infrastructural development project.

There are several other firms with excellent contributions, too numerous to mention. Be that as it may, I shall attempt to list, explain, and show some of the projects carried out by what I consider the top 20 Construction Companies in Nigeria.

The Nigerian Stock Exchange listed the company as “Julius Berger” in the year 1991 and 10 years later the company moved to its new headquarters in Abuja. Today, Julius Berger has presence in virtually all the states in Nigeria.
